Yogic Management, A Leadership Lesson from Village Boy.
This is a Management and Leadership book. However, I have kept the writing simple and example based. This is also good for students to learn and take experience from experience leader.
This book is a real time experience of a village boy, 8th sibling in the family, started his journey and gone to IIT and Harvard like management collages and done advanced study in computer application and completed Ph.D. Some topic mentioned is how Yoga, exercise helps you in your career, to make you fit and generate lots of energy. This book is completely focused on your well being, Health is Wealth concept and this is required in everyone’s life to make them fit.
I love to talk Yoga, Exercise, Marathon, playing sports, etc., as this is required in everyone's life. I Love to talk my struggle, my village history, my continuous education this is inspiring younger generation of learning than earning and continuous learning.
Basically, I am going to highlight the concept of real time management, and this is beneficial for management and engineering student and working professionals on large way to how to manage, real time practical experience. Each topic has some examples and some write ups and share my experience.
This book is an idea comes during my job, education and family life or in simple language we can say work life balance, continuous education, covid like scenario, how the team managed when we working from home, moral support of employee and team, team learning and all included in this book.
This is a book for practical application. Do apply the learning in your workplaces and on personal lives. We will happy to know your success story.

I am regularly in our Marathon run. Give credit to your team, enjoy your team success. Connect with people, if they don’t come to you, you should go to them. Use the power of social media. It is a great platform for doing good work. Show what you have done, your customer should know about the initiatives you have taken. Make yourself customer focus. We every time tells, follow an open-door policy, make yourself accessible to everyone. Be ready for change, never resist for new assignments and projects. Manage yourself first, self-management is important for managing others. And the universal concept likes, know people by name. All this is very important in a leader’s life to manage their team.
